Roles & Responsibilities:

– Identify and evaluate current business processes to determine areas for improvement.

– Collaborate with stakeholders, such as executives, department heads, and process owners, to define clear goals and objectives for the business process reengineering efforts

– Develop a comprehensive plan and strategy for reengineering the identified processes.

– Guide and lead the organization through the change process and ensuring the adoption and sustainability of the redesigned processes.

– Build and lead a cross-functional team responsible for executing the process reengineering initiatives.

– Establish metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of the reengineered processes

– Work closely with stakeholders throughout the organization to understand their needs and gather feedback on the redesigned processes

– Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.

Requirement:

– Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in Process Improvement, Process Design/Reengineering, Supply Chain Operation, or a related field.

– Ability to design, document, manage, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and policies to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, have a deep understanding of organizational processes, and be able to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at various levels of the organization

– A creative thinker who has a strong desire to challenge existing work practices and effect positive change to enable the bank to meet its strategic aims

– Advanced data analysis, excel and PowerPoint skills

– Strong project management skills

– Familiar with industry trends and emerging technologies

– Available to be placed in Tangerang.
