Perusahaan kami telah merilis lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem kontrak untuk posisi Finance Ops & Benefit Payment di tempat usaha PT. FWD Insurance Indonesia ( HO ) untuk daerah Jakarta Selatan dan sekitarnya.

Kemampuan yang kami inginkan adalah Akuntansi / Keuangan & Akuntansi Umum / Pembiayaan serta orang yang mampu bekerja dengan tekun.

Kami memberikan persyaratan yang perusahaan inginkan adalah setidaknya Sarjana (S1). Menurut dari ketentuan yang PT kami berikan.

Gaji yang perusahaan kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari pengalaman pekerja. Minimum upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Job Description:

• Ensure all PRF (Payment Request Form) received from other users has been approved by Authorized Officer according to the prevailed DOA (Delegation of Authority) and has been supported by sufficient supporting documents. The PRF contain at least the following information:

a. Amount to be paid

b. Beneficiary account number (both Bank and account number)

c. Beneficiary Name

d. Approval according to the Delegation of Authority (including dual control mechanism for preparer and checker).

• Review the success payment and the failed payment. The list of failed transaction should be communicated to the payment requestor for immediate follow up.

• Ensure all payment request by users follow company regulation and the prevailed SOP.

• Ensure the PRF along with the supporting document has been documented well and stored correctly in the correct folder or location (including to update share folder all PR PAID to accounting team for Journal process).

• Generate and save transfer evidence to share folder.

• Prepare monthly Bank Book and Bank Reconciliation (cash out transactions) to Assistant Manager.

Requirements:

Minimum educational S-1 graduated.
Have experience as Finance Staff (Min 1 year)
Proven working experience in payment process.
Good in Microsoft office
Working experience using Finance System (SAP or Oracle)
