Responsibilities :

  • Collect, organize, and analyze business data for further used in decision making process (related to BINUS Higher Education for development and/or improvement)
  • Prepare reports based on collected data for business strategies development (e.g., Performance data)
  • Coordinate and monitor the activities related to the assigned project(s) under President’s Office scope.
  • Organize databases or information management systems used by direct supervisor to store and access business or personal data.
  • Summaries Minutes-of-Meetings, do follow up after the meetings and ensure unit compliance to the meeting result (internal/external)
  • Maintain and organize the direct supervisor’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Draft, edit, and format related documents, reports, and required correspondence.
  • Conduct information gathering and prepare briefing materials for meetings, presentations, or other events.
  • Coordinate, organize events, conferences, and business trips.
  • Complete documentation and process related to personal and/or professional expenses, (i.e., reimbursements, related financial matters)
  • Handle confidential information and always maintain firm confidentiality of various data in related area
  • Liaise with clients, partners, vendors, and other stakeholders on behalf of the direct supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Minimal Master’s Degree
  • Minimal 2 Years in Senior Staff level position or 4 Years in total experience
  • Skill and experience in data analysis, prefereable Researcher
  • Excellent communication in English
