JOB DESCRIPTION

o   Provide a functional support on the Supply Chain information system on site (Compass, …)

o   Ensure that settings and parameters of the information systems on the site is relevant and comply with the local Supply Chain needs

o   Ensure training for end users and new comers

o   Monitor the local Supply Chain information System to avoid any deviation compare to the Group standard

o   Ensure the ad equation between the needs of Supply Chain and the functionalities provide by the Supply Chain Information System

o   Implement locally new functionalities according to the local needs of Supply Chain

o   Ensure the interface with Regional Supply Chain Applied Systems Manager

o   Reported and described to the Regional Supply Chain Applied Systems Manager needs in terms of evolution of functional information system of the supply chain

o   Troubleshoot problems and implement solutions to maintain the continuity of supply chain flow (monitor interface, ensure that Poka Yoke is in place and applied…)

o   Manage the Inventory Cycle Counting and analyses gaps in link with internal flows analyst

o   Manage internal periodic inventory

o   Regular contact with others departments outside the work group, participate in Cross Functional Teams.

o   Support activities to achieve and maintain the Quality System like

QUALIFICATION

Bachelor or associate degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or other related

Min 3 years Experience in supply chain area , automotive industry

Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, attention to detail, and team work attitude

Experience in ERP, SAP preferred
