Get to Know The Role:

As our Coach, you are central to our Members’ learning and experience. Through providing a nurturing, fun and interactive environment while building relationships with our Members, you have a unique opportunity to have a significant positive impact on their personal and professional lives. You are the face of your Center and the first representation of the premium experience that all Staff, Members, prospects and guests encounter.

You will need to be able to identify varying levels of support, approaches and techniques to maximize an individual Member’s needs. This will require that you are able to adapt and anticipate an individual’s needs and inspire them to succeed. The exceptional experience and care that you will provide leads to Renewals and Referrals and the strengthening of the Wall Street English brand and its unique experience offering.

The Day-to-Day Activities:

1. Deliver and strengthen the WSE Experience especially by delivering the classes
2. Support our Members proactively so that they achieve their goals
3. Support with the organization and communicating of class schedules, events and its booking/reservation handling
4. Engage with our Members to get Referrals and/or Renewals

The Must Haves:

· GSE level 75 or CEFR C1

· University degree of an English language degree

· Experience in teaching and/or tutoring and/or training

· Experience working in a multinational team with different cultures

· Experience working or living in an English-speaking country is an advantage

· Detail-oriented; ability to prioritize work load for team to optimize efficiency

· Excellent interpersonal skills, supportive and service-minded

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment across all levels in an organization

· Creative thinker and team player

· “Can do” personality

· Fluency in English and Bahasa both verbal and written is mandatory

· MS Office/IT literate
