As Head of Leasing, you will be responsible for overseeing all leasing activities, developing leasing strategies, and attracting a diverse range of tenants for our client in the Meeting, Incentive, Convention, and Exhibition (MICE) industry. This role requires a strong business acumen, exceptional negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the retail and commercial real estate industry

Our client is one of the most notable Real Estate Developer in Indonesia and with the current expansion plan, they are looking to bring in a competent Head of Leasing to assist them in this time of growth.

Description

• Develop and implement comprehensive leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue generation for the Convention Center.
• Identify and target potential tenants, including event organizers, exhibitors, corporate clients, and other relevant businesses.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, competitor activities, and leasing opportunities.
• Negotiate lease terms, rental rates, and other contractual terms with prospective tenants, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing tenants, addressing their needs, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of tenant satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional campaigns and initiatives to attract new tenants and increase awareness of the Property in the MICE Industry.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including operations, facilities management, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of leasing activities and compliance with contractual obligations.
• Prepare regular reports on leasing activities, occupancy rates, revenue forecasts, and tenant satisfaction levels for senior management.

Profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in real estate, business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience, with proven track record in leasing and property management, preferably in the MICE or commercial real estate industry.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure favorable leasing agreements and maintain positive tenant relationships.
• Excellent understanding of market dynamics, industry trends, and best practices in leasing and property management.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with tenants, industry professionals, and internal stakeholders.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute leasing strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess market opportunities, evaluate tenant requirements, and make informed leasing decisions.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and manage a leasing team
