1. Providing travel quotes to clients via email, phone, or in-person
2. Researching and comparing different travel options and pricing to provide the best available rates and packages
3. Negotiating with airlines, hotels, and other travel providers to get the best deals for clients
4. Ensuring that all bookings are accurate, complete, and conform to company policies and standards
5. Managing client relationships and providing excellent customer service throughout the booking process
6. Keeping up-to-date with the latest travel trends, news, and regulations to ensure that clients are informed of any changes that may affect their travel plans
7. Collaborating with other team members to ensure that all client needs are met and that the business runs smoothly.
8. Create itinerary, tour schedule and quotation
9. Direct contact with client
10. Managing and updating tour product from land tour operators or vendors
11. Update and manage all booking and reservation via system
12. Create itinerary, tour schedule and quotation
13. Manage all bookings & reservation (Hotel, Flight, Tour, etc)
14. Tour leader Asia, Europe & USA
15. Create documentation during travel (IG Story Videos)
16. Other administration task
17. Conduct a tour & travel market survey
18. Survey the places that will be used as tour destinations.
19. Helping and directing clients in tours & travelsT
20. Take care of the administration required by the client
21. Arrange schedules and activities for the tour.
22. Regulate who will be the driver, tour guide and tour destination.
23. Organize and prepare all the needs of the tour and tour participants.
24. Communicating with airlines, hotels and other related parties as needed and applicable conditions.
25. Perform price calculations and make offers according to customer demand and needs and communicate them to the Head/Management.
26. Support and Team work to related team

Requirements :

1. Minimum 2 years working experience in Product & Quotation or same position
2. Mature, good personality, good communication skill, friendly, honest, high motivated, smart, creative, initiative, analytical, cooperative, able to work under pressure and strict deadlines.
3. Expert in GDS (Amadeus)
4. Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT)
5. Speak fluent in English or other foreign language
6. Must have a good knowledge of Tour (Inbound & Outbond) and Hotel (Domestic and International)
7. Can handle group / private tour Europe, Asia or USA
8. Good knowledge of MICE (Meeting, Incentive, conference and Exhibitions).
9. Has a good communication skill & negotiation skill
10. Customer Service oriented
