1. Analyzing market trends, sales and marketing metrics, as well as pricing strategies to identify ways to improve sales and marketing efforts.
2. Develop and maintain marketing communication in effort building up strong branding to the company
3. Report to Head of HIS Department
4. Including social media concept, contents, and strategies to attract people awareness
5. Boost communication and interact with people as responses of the content posted
6. Conduct and coordinate events, exhibition, and promotion as scheduled
7. Liaises with sales team in order to communicate new concept of content created
8. Develop and maintain marketing tools covering showroom and displays, samples, brochures, digital brochures, etc
9. Negotiate, coordinate and dealing to all supplier or airlines to held event and exhibition
10. Create a concept and design a marketing campaign concept distribution on social media
11. Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business
12. Identify partnership opportunities in digital advertising
13. Support marketing team at online and offline events
14. Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO, SEM, and digital marketing trends and best practices
15. Keep up to date with audience’s preferences and proactively suggest new campaigns
16. Look out for sponsorship opportunities to create more brand awareness
17. Competitor Digital Marketing Strategy Analysis
18. Responsible in leading the digital marketing team
19. Support and team work with other team

Requirements :

1. Must display exemplary interpersonal and communication skills.
2. A humble, enthusiastic, and adaptable personality.
3. Having minimal 2 years experiences as a Marketing Strategist, Digital Marketer, Digital Analyst, or similar role in tour and travel
4. Having good communication and negotiation skill
5. Self motivated, organized , and fast learner
6. Can work as a team or individual
7. Fluent in  English
8. Understand travel market and consumer behavior
9. Energetic and should poses high level of communication skills to both vertical and horizontal lines
10. Mastering Google Ads, Instagram Ads, and FB Ads
11. Able to make marketing strategy & innovation
12. Having a connection with Media buying Agencies and Direct brand
13. Focused and goal-oriented
14. Has Google Analytics certification is an advantage
15. Mastering Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Power Point)
16. Mastering the Adobe family (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
17. Have experience in digital advertising (SEO, SEM, SMM, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads)
18. Knowledge of technical SEO is a plus
19. Familiar with Adobe commerce cloud platform, Adobe Creative Clouds suite
20. Experience in web analytics tools such as GA4, PIWIK, Adobe Analytics.
21. Familiarity with digital marketing platforms such as Google/ Meta Ads Manager, Google Shopping, Facebook Creator Studio, etc
