PT Supreme Cable Manufacturing and Commerce (PT SUCACO Tbk)

Since 1972, PT SUCACO Tbk has supported and contributed to the infrastructure and industrial development in Indonesia by supplying high quality and reliable power cables, telecommunication cables, and enameled wires.

Operating in the cable industry, the company was established on November 9, 1970. Commercial operations began on October 2, 1972 with technical assistance from Furukawa Electric Co. Ltd. of Tokyo, Japan. The Company made its debut on the Jakarta Stock Exchange, now Indonesia Stock Exchange, in 1982, and has shareholdings in a number of companies including PT Tembaga Mulia Semanan Tbk, PT Supreme Sukses Makmur, PT Setia Pratama Lestari Pelletizing and PT Supreme Decoluxe.

The Company’s Articles of Association have been amended several times, among others by Notarial Deed No. 138 dated April 28, 1997 of Notary Poerbaningsih Adi Warsito, S.H., concerning the increase in authorized capital from Rp 225 billion to Rp 500 billion and the change of the Company’s name from PT Supreme Cable Manufacturing Corporation (SUCACO) to PT Supreme Cable Manufacturing Corporation Tbk (SUCACO).

The company made its debut on the Jakarta Stock Exchange in 1982, and has shareholdings in a number of public and non public companies including PT Tembaga Mulia Semanan, PT Setia Pratama Lestari Pelletizing, PT Supreme Decoluxe.
