This individual works directly with our Supply Chain Team and internally manages an integration between planning and supply chain. All is driven from planning

Job Description

• Providing timely Inventory planning, control, and analysis
• Monitoring and maintaining inventory levels
• Tracking orders and investigates problems
• Recording purchases
• Maintaining database
• Performing physical count of inventory
• Reconciling actual stock count to computer-generated reports
• Managing inventory items
• Performs inventory analysis
• Controlling day-to-day inventory operations.
• Determining and directing where the inventory needs to go and use statistics to determine which products are selling and which are under-performing
• Communicating to all related division to achieve timely invoicing and adequate inventory level

What we expect of you?

• Bachelor’s degree in Transportation Management/ Logistic/Engineering with 10 years’ experience in logistics function/business
• Prefer to have some experiences with SAP system as Logistic key users
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office and Power BI
• Good knowledge of operational processes.
• High level of initiative, commitment, and perseverance
• Positive attitude
• Self-motivated with a high level of responsibility
• Demonstrate good communication skills on all levels
• Task and Customer oriented
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Good organizational and time management skill
