Telah rilis lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Business Development Manager di tempat usaha WRITEHAUS ASIA untuk daerah Jakarta Raya serta sekitarnya.

Kemampuan yang PT kami butuhkan adalah Penjualan / Pemasaran & Pemasaran/Pengembangan Bisnis serta orang yang mampu mengemban pekerjaan dengan baik.

Selain itu untuk syarat yang kami inginkan ialah min Sarjana (S1), Diploma Pascasarjana & Gelar Professional. Merupakan peraturan yang PT kami berikan.

Gaji yang perusahaan tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari kemampuan pekerja. Minimal upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 14.000.000 - Rp 20.000.000.

WriteHaus Asia is seeking for a driven and passionate Business Development Manager for our expansion in Indonesia. Your role is to drive the growth and expansion of a company by identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and fostering relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Business Strategy and Planning:

·    Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.

·    Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential areas for growth and expansion.

·    Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.

·    Collaborate with the executive team in Singapore to define the company’s long-term strategic goals and develop plans to achieve them.

New Business Development:

·    Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities, including new markets, products, and services.

·    Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients through lead generation, networking, and relationship building.

·    Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with potential clients to close deals and secure new business partnerships.

·    Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to achieve revenue targets.

Client Relationship Management:

·    Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

·    Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing them with industry insights, solutions, and support to meet their business needs.

·    Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing clients, maximizing revenue potential.

Partnership Development:

·    Identify and establish strategic partnerships with other companies, organizations, and industry influencers to expand the company’s reach and enhance its brand image.

·    Manage and nurture partner relationships to ensure mutual growth and success.

Team Leadership and Collaboration:

·    Lead and manage a team of business development professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure their success.

·    Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the business development team, promoting teamwork and knowledge sharing.

·    Provide regular reports and updates to the executive team and stakeholders on business development activities, progress, and results.

Skills and Qualifications:

·    Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in a leadership role.

·    Strong understanding of market dynamics, industry trends, and competitive landscape.

·    Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

·    Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

·    Strong leadership and team management skills.

·    Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.

·    Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a relevant field
