Skill yang PT kami inginkan adalah Komputer/Teknologi Informasi & IT-Admin Jaringan/Sistem/Database serta orang yang jujur dan bertanggung jawab.

Kami memberikan syarat yang PT kami butuhkan ialah minimal D3 (Diploma), D4 (Diploma), Sarjana (S1), Diploma Pascasarjana & Gelar Professional. Merupakan ketentuan yang PT kami berikan.

Upah yang perusahaan kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari pengalaman karyawan. Rata-rata upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 10.000.000 - Rp 15.000.000.

We are currently seeking a Network Support Engineer to join our team in Jakarta, Jakarta Raya (ID-JK), Indonesia (ID).

  • Candidate should have 3-5 years of experience working as Network Support is required, CCNA is mandatory
  • Network Ops role is follow the daily network checklist provided to perform required action. This is inclusive of vendor coordination, troubleshooting support, Continuity of Business support and level 1 – Network/Voice support for the change/BAU tasks under SME guidance at site accordingly
  • Candidate should know the basic Operations of Network environment and process follow within in sites
  • Follow the Standard instructions given via SNOW or Network Management for activities such as rack & stack, cable patching, troubleshooting support, etc
  • Work with Designated Partner for racking and stacking of Network devices and all movement of network devices will be managed by partner
  • Monitor the country network status in terms of connectivity (Monitoring only involves for first level of work)
  • Work with other team for console access and any approved process
  • Follow the standard operating procedure of Network Ops, which are standard across the region
  • Work on Service Now tickets / Request for any action required for first level monitoring and engage right team for next course of action
  • Hands and legs Support in case of escorting partner or any change worked required in site

Role highlights:

  • Support with shift work rotation on weekday (1st shift at 7-16, 2nd shift at 11-20), this can be changed if business needed
  • Support the planned changes on weekend
  • 12 months contract position on NTT DATA payroll, as Full-time employee.
