Client Onboarding Specialist role is responsible to assist process of welcoming new external clients to the services which provided to them, handle new external clients questions and concerns, ensure new external clients have clear understanding about services which provided to them, assist implementation process of services to new external clients to generate ongoing business, client retention, and brand reputation.   
Key Responsibilities
  • Planning and successful execution of multiple onboarding projects through cross functional service teams.
  • Communicate clients’ expectations and business objectives to internal stakeholders and services teams
  • Assisting Sales Team (Local Sales and GST) to create agreements and proposals
  • Managing Local Sales CRM Opportunities regularly and initiating bi-weekly pipeline meeting.
  • Maintaining IRF (Invoice Request Form) database and assisting internal finance team to overview revenue.
  • Responsible KYC for new clients/on-going clients (collect documents and close open issues)
  • Leading marketing initiatives, client exit meeting and cross-divisional First Response Team.
  • One Sales Administrator

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree from Law/International Relations/Business Administration Major
  • Minimum 3 years client management experience or project management experience in Multinational Companies (preferably from Banking and Services industry)
  • Experience enabling/training customers on product features and functionalities.
  • Experience working with large enterprise clients and delivery partners.
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office program especially Excel & Word.
  • Have good communication skill in English & Bahasa (Spoken & Written).
  • Able to work under minimum supervision.
  • Able to work independently as well as dynamic team player.
