PT Provices Group is currently hiring Business Development Staff for placement at our Head Office in Kuningan, South Jakarta.

Responsibility:

1. Identify new opportunities for building management, conduct market research, and develop marketing strategies to increase market share.

2. Design and execute effective marketing campaigns to attract new clients, including preparation of bid proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations.

3. Build and maintain good relationships with existing clients, as well as ensure customer satisfaction and increased client retention.

4. Identify the needs of potential customers and propose the development of relevant new products or services to enhance the business portfolio.

Qualification:

1. Bachelor’s degree in business, management, marketing, or a related field.

2. Minimum 1-year previous work experience in business development, sales, or strategic planning, especially in the building management industry, will be a plus.

3. Have a strong understanding of the building management industry, including trends, best practices, and related rules/regulations.

4. Excellent communication skills both orally and in writing, including the ability to prepare proposals, presentations, and negotiations.

5. Have strong sales skills, including the ability to identify prospects, build strong relationships with clients, and close deals.

6. Ability to take initiative, work independently, and have a high curiosity about trends and innovations in the building management industry.
