Skill yang PT kami inginkan ialah Akuntansi / Keuangan & Akuntansi Umum / Pembiayaan serta orang yang jujur, amanah, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab.

Adapun untuk persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang perusahaan kami butuhkan ialah minimum Sarjana (S1), Diploma Pascasarjana, Gelar Professional & Magister (S2). Sesuai dari ketentuan yang usaha kami berikan.

Gaji yang perusahaan kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari pengalaman karyawan. Rata-rata upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

REQUIREMENTS :

1.    GOOD COMMAND OF MANDARIN LANGUAGE IN BOTH LISTENING AND SPEAKING

2.    BACHELOR’S DEGREE MAJORING IN ACCOUNTING. TAX OR FINANCE

3.    TWO YEARS OR ABOVE FINANCE AND ACCOUNTING WORK EXPERIENCE

4.    STRONG COMMUNICATION SKILL AND GOOD OFFICE WORKING SKILLS

5.    THE ABILITY TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY.

Job responsibility :

  • Prepare financial reports/management reports/consolidate monthly, quarterly and annual reports accompanied by an explanation of the analysis of operational & financial activities,
  • Assist Accounting & Finance Managers with budgeting/forecasting of annual or monthly financial positions,
  • Assist in the development and evaluation of budgets and prepare budget reports,
  • Count and check payment vouchers and sign petty cash, payment supporting documents,
  • Support the formulation and implementation of control systems within the organization,
  • Monitor accounts payable, receivable, identify discrepancies, and reconcile accounts and identify solutions for discrepancies in financial records,
  • Checking the work of the accounting department with all aspects of the general ledger,
  • Work with the company’s finance team to create internal controls and policies
  • Ensures strict compliance with company standards and regulations and is responsible for filing company financial and tax documents.
  • Prepare and assist audits in preparing reports, data and/or documents for audit requests and/or other external reports carried out by the government or external audits to ensure the completeness and accuracy of data and documents used for the audit process/for external reports.
  • Keep up with regulatory changes and prepare reports on compliance issues, standards and accounting practices.
  • Complete other job given by the leadership or superiors.

The Chinese Visa Application Service Centre (hereinafter referred to as the “Visa Centre”) is a commercial service organization registered in accordance with local laws and regulations and recognized by a Chinese Embassy or Consulate-General to handle the daily routine work of processing ordinary visa applications.However, it operates independently of diplomatic missions and is neither a branch nor an affiliated organ. Its main services are:

(1) To receive visa applicants and ensure their application documents meet Chinese Government requirements for smooth processing in the various visa categories.

(2) To provide applicants with intermediate business services, including computer entry of basic information, and transmission of the passport, visa, and other application documents between the Chinese Embassy or Consulate-General and the applicant.

(3) To collect visa fees, whether for normal, express orrush service in accordance with the requirements of a Chinese Embassy or Consulate-General and, on their behalf, deliver the passport and visa to the applicant.

(4) To release visa information in a timely manner, answer customer inquiries and provide assistance through the Visa Centre’s website, information desk, telephone, and e-mail.

(5) To provide the applicant with other necessary services in accordance with requirements of a Chinese Embassy or Consulate-General.
