PROJECT COORDINATOR INTERIOR DESIGN & BUILD

(experienced in handling Interior and Retail Projects is highly preferred)

Qualifications :

1. 25 – 30 years old
2. Bachelor Degree in Architecture or Interior Design from an accredited Institution
3. Having 2+ years of relevant experience is a must
4. Mastering CAD program is a must (2D)
5. Good taste and sense, creative, solid experience of visual design
6. Good communication ability, detail oriented, having patient and easy going personality
7. A conceptual thinker with a strong ability to present, executive and sell your creativity ideas internally and externally
8. Someone who is driven, collaborative, non-ego driven, innovative, curious, team player within a framework that the company requires
9. Strong abilities to work in a team and achieve results through collaboration and sharing
10. High attention to detail and able to organize and prioritize multiple projects on hand
11. Willing to learn and grow professionally with
12. Having a good knowledge of material is an advantage
13. Proficiency Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch Up is an advantage.
14. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is an advantage

Job Description :

1. Together with the Head of Designer, finalize construction details, material checklists, and specifications
2. Fill in the Update Project Control form before submitting it to Finance
3. Prepare a project plan consisting of a time schedule, vendor schedule, risk analysis, ITP, and goods delivery schedule (PO Checklist)
4. Receive a shop drawing from the drafter and double check the quantity on the BOQ
5. Provide instructions to purchasers to make POs for vendors
6. Participate in the kick-off meeting that was held before the project started
7. Create a construction plan and submit it to the client and building management
8. Together with the PIC, do the final inspection
9. Together with marketing, the general manager, the project manager, and purchasing, carry out the project evaluation
10. Receiving minutes of handover and hospitalization data that have been approved and signed by the client
11. Review the completeness of hospitalization data and ensure the completeness of hospitalization data before it is given to the estimator for review
12. If the hospitalization data is missing, ask the client to complete the missing data and ask for the client’s signature
13. Check the plus-minus made by the estimator and ask for the signature plus-minus from the client
14. Receive a master list of measuring instruments every 6 months from the General Administration
