• Compliance: Implementing and maintaining effective anti-money laundering programs and policies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Risk Assessment: Conducting risk assessments to identify and assess potential money laundering or terrorist financing risks within the organization’s operations, products, and customer base.
• Due Diligence: Performing customer due diligence (CDD) and enhanced due diligence (EDD) to verify the identity of customers, assess their risk profiles, and monitor their transactions for suspicious activities.
• Transaction Monitoring: Monitoring and analyzing customer transactions, account activity, and other financial data to identify any suspicious patterns or transactions that may indicate money laundering or other illicit activities.
• Reporting: Preparing and filing suspicious activity reports (SARs) or other required reports with relevant regulatory authorities when potential money laundering or terrorist financing activities are identified.
• Training and Education: Providing AML training and awareness programs to employees to ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities in preventing and detecting financial crimes.
• Investigation: Conducting investigations into suspicious activities, including gathering evidence, interviewing relevant parties, and documenting findings.
• Collaboration: Collaborating with internal stakeholders, such as legal, compliance, and risk management teams, as well as external stakeholders, such as law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies, to share information and coordinate efforts to combat financial crimes.
• Regulatory Updates: Staying up-to-date with changes in AML regulations and industry best practices, and implementing necessary changes in policies and procedures to maintain compliance.
• Technology and Tools: Utilizing various AML software, data analysis tools, and technological solutions to enhance the effective and efficiency of AML processes.

Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficient in English (Verbal & Written).
• Have Anti-Money Laundering (AML) certificate.
• Have past work experiences in Banking/Finance areas or Financial Services Institution (LJK).
• Max. 28 years old.
