Our Client, a Japanese communication infrastructure technology provider.

In general, they provide radio communications facilities for example radio stations that are used for Ship’s communication systems at sea or communication systems for aircraft arrangements on land.

currently hiring for A Sales Chief – Assistant Manager Level who will be involved in national (Indonesia Wide) and multinational (SEA and Japan), especially in B to G sector, Please kindly see below for the details:

JD :

• Account Management/Project Management, this position will handle a project from 0 (inquiry, pre-sales, source searching (vendor, outsourcing, etc) project management, project cost management, post-sales and etc).
• Needs to communicate, negotiate, and coordinate with various parties.
• Mainly handle projects for the government such as the Ministry of Transportation, communication, port infrastructure project and etc.
• Conduct a lot of business trips all around Indonesia or SEA.
• Troubleshooting any issues that occurred in the field.
• Reporting activities to Japan Management.

Requirement :

• Minimum Bachelor Degree (Preferably from an engineering / communication-related field).
• Experiences managing/controlling a project from 0 to finish.
• B to G Sales/Account Management/ Project Management experiences in a project related to PLN, Ministry of Transportation (Dishub), BMKG, or related to the Port Authorities.
• Good skill in bidding and negotiation (because the target is government the procedure also will be a bit specific)
• Humble and polite sales but also energetic (because this position will be conducted a lot of business trips)
• English is a must (upper level) because this position should be involved in a multinational project and need to report/coordinate with Japan Management.
