Job Title: Business Development Specialist (QSR) for Green Rebel
About the Job:
This role is a mid-management role with main responsibility of securing win-win partnerships with Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) and Chained Hotel, Restaurant, and Cafes in Indonesia.
You will lead a small and fast-growing team, maintain productive relationships with clients & partners, and work collaboratively with other dept heads to ensure client’s success.
Job Description:
- Identify new sales leads (QSR, restaurant partners, corporate clients, and other horeca).
- Maintain sales pipelines to achieve sales targets according to internal business processes.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to develop store partnership program and other strategic new business programs.
- Maintain fruitful relationships with existing customers and partners.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure successful business expansion projects: R&D, Production, Logistics, etc.
- Market research and identifying new trends.
- Develop quotations and partnership proposals, and handle negotiations.
- Presents periodic performance reports and metrics to Marketing, Sales & BD Manager and another leadership team.
- Managing full cycle of sales from securing deals, payment collections, and ensuring accurate product delivery.
- Providing strategic alternatives for operational business development.
Requirement:
- Bachelor Degree in related field.
- Minimum 5 years experience in related field & 3 years in managerial role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent sales, interpersonal communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong project management, and collaboration skills.
- Strong business sense and good with numbers.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Creative talent.
- Proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel and Google Workspace.

ALL NATURAL DAIRY
90% of our menus are vegan, because dairy is biologically hard to digest and may cause indigestion or allergies to some people. When using dairy, we make sure we use the healthiest option – natural dairy made from grass-fed, antibiotic-free & hormone-free cows.
SEA SALT IN SMALL AMOUNT
We only use small amount of local sea salt and liquid amino (healthiest version of soy sauce) to spice up our menu. The key to the great taste? Local herbs.
