As an AI Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing artificial intelligence solutions within our company. You will work on cutting-edge AI projects, leveraging machine learning, deep learning, and data analytics techniques to drive innovation and solve complex problems. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy AI models and algorithms.

Responsibilities: 

• Research, design, and develop AI models and algorithms to solve business challenges.
• Implement machine learning and deep learning algorithms for tasks such as machine learning, reinforcement learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and predictive analytics.
• Collect, preprocess, and analyze data to train and evaluate AI models.
• Suggest and choose the best AI models applied to specific business process.
• Collaborate with software engineers and data scientists to integrate AI solutions into existing systems and applications.
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI technologies and methodologies.
• Evaluate and optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and accuracy.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into AI solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of machine learning and deep learning algorithms, including neural networks, decision trees, and reinforcement learning.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
• Experience with popular AI frameworks and libraries, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Strong knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and distributed computing for AI model training and deployment.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Additional Qualifications (Preferred):

• Experience with reinforcement learning (RL) and natural language processing (NLP) techniques and frameworks.
• Knowledge of computer vision algorithms and frameworks.
• Understanding of big data technologies and tools, such as Hadoop or Spark.
• Experience with deploying AI models in production environments.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices for AI model lifecycle management.
