Kami merilis lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Visual Merchandiser di perusahaan PT. DUA PULUH TIGA untuk daerah Bandung serta sekitarnya.
Pengalaman yang perusaahan inginkan ialah Seni/Media/Komunikasi & Seni / Desain Kreatif serta orang yang mampu mengemban pekerjaan dengan baik.
Kami memberikan persyaratan yang perusahaan kami butuhkan ialah minimum Sarjana (S1). Merupakan ketentuan yang perusahaan kami berikan.
Upah yang perusahaan tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari skill karyawan. Minimum upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Responsibilities :
– Planning and designing store layouts, including window displays, floor plans, and product placement, to optimize traffic flow and showcase products effectively.
– Creating eye-catching and thematic window displays to attract and intrigue passersby and draw them into the store.
– Designing and set up in-store displays, focal points, and visual storytelling areas to highlight key products and collections.
– Developing visual narratives and themes that convey the brand’s identity and story, using props, signage, and decoration.
– Have to following the fashion trends and seasonal changes, adapting displays accordingly to keep the store fresh and exciting.
– Creating planograms to guide store staff on product placement, ensuring consistency across multiple locations.
– Manage inventory levels and ensure that the right products are available for displays, coordinate with merchandising and buying teams
– Implement effective lighting strategies and color schemes to enhance product visibility and ambiance.
-Provide additional information to engage customer using interactive display such as, touchscreen or digital screens.
– Designing and set up displays for sales promotions, new arrivals, and special events.
– Do purchasing and creating an aesthetically pleasing atmosphere to Enhance the overall shopping experience
– Ensure that visual merchandising follows brand guidelines and aligns with marketing and promotional campaigns
– Gather feedback from customers and store staff to assess the effectiveness of displays and make improvements.
Qualification :
– Bachelor Degree’s in visual merchandising ,retail management, or a related field is preferred
– Min. 1 year of experience in visual merchandising, retail, or a related role is highly valuable
– Have a strong creativity and an eye for design, with the ability to create visually appealing and innovative displays.
– Have a deep understanding of fashion trends, product features, and the brand’s style and identity.
– Have a meticulous attention to detail to ensure that displays are executed flawlessly.
