Job Description:

• Responsible to acquire key partners 
• Generate leads of brands/retailers to acquire
• Pitch, offer brands our full scope of services
• Analyze and solve brands/retailers problems
• Review product assortment and offerings to ensure that it is in line with the company’s strategy
• Develop strong relationships with brands
• Working with clients on the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition to our commercial team

Requirements:

• Experienced professionals with minimum 5 years of Sales and Business Development 
• Passionate in e-commerce, having experience in enabler or rellevant experience
• Strong written and oral communications skills
• Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English
• Familiar with E-commerce platforms (e.g. Tokopedia, Lazada, Shopee, Bukalapak), and e-commerce industry in general
• In-depth understanding of the e-commerce industry
• Ability to innovate, develop new strategies, and drive creativity and innovation
• Ability to adapt and possess excellent relationship building skills
• Excellent ability to prioritize and communicate in a fast-paced environment
• Strong ability to deliver exceptional results while working on several projects at the same time
• Excellent communicator and negotiator who is able to lead and influence others
