Job Descriptions and Responsibilites:

• Formulating, making changes, and adjustments as deemed necessary to regulations, policies, and work procedures of the Data Center Operation and all its subordinate units.
• Leading and supervising teams in the work unit to carry out daily tasks in accordance with established policies and procedures to ensure smooth, effective, and efficient operations.
• Developing and submitting annual work plans and budgets for the department.
• Implementing work mechanisms aimed at achieving maximum results using the SLI and SLO methodologies and applying the company’s vision and mission.
• Establishing KPIs for the work unit and evaluating the performance of Data Center team members.
• Maintaining and ensuring proper functioning of all components of the Data Center (DC) and Disaster Recovery Center (DRC), and making necessary improvements to the DC and DRC facilities to ensure reliability and availability of Data Center services.
• Coordinating work in the respective work unit according to applicable standards agreed upon with both internal and external Data Center stakeholders to ensure good performance and compliance with internal and external SLAs.
• Overseeing the implementation of service standards agreed upon between customers and the company, through operational and non-operational activity reports, to ensure customer satisfaction with the services provided by the Data Center to superiors.
• Managing a shift-based Data Center Operations team to ensure continuity of service to customers.
• Determining the operational model and processes of the Data Center with high reliability and availability standards.
• Coordinating with the Sales or Account Management team to:

• Provide technical explanations to customers/prospective customers regarding Data Center services and operations, such as data asset colocation, client colocation asset layout, maintenance facility-related data, and others.
• Prepare cost estimates for Data Center Operation services as requested by customers/prospective customers as a basis for proposals or offers.
• Implementing an efficient transition mechanism for each new team member, using effective patterns and ensuring that each member understands all tasks and responsibilities.

• Creating or proposing a basic costing calculation (COGS) for the services provided by Data Center Operation (suggesting pricing/tariffs, price structure, types of services offered, specifications, and the scope of work related to the contract).
• Recommend and determine vendors and partners for Data Center Operation, location and integration of Data Center and Disaster Recovery Center for the company and clients, as well as perform improvements to Data Center Operation and facilities. Also recommend training for team members, purchase of equipment, or useful software to support the job.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a Managerial position.
• Data Center Facilities and Infrastructure.
• Knowledge of Data Center processes and operations.
• Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project.CDCP Certification.
• D3 / S1 (Diploma / Bachelor’s degree).
• Strong leadership skills.
• Proficient in English.
