Job Requirements:

1. Language skills: The candidate must be fluent in Chinese Mandarin, English, and Indonesian and possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. They should be able to handle business emails, documents, and reports with ease and proficiency.
2. Work experience: The candidate must have at least two years of relevant work experience in related fields such as e-commerce, administration, and HR management, with experience in e-commerce operations and business development being a plus.
3. Skill requirements: The candidate should have a good understanding of administrative and HR management, with the ability to handle daily administrative and HR tasks independently. They should also be familiar with e-commerce platforms and operations, and be able to assist in the development of e-commerce business.
4. Under 30 years old.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist the manager in handling administrative and HR management tasks such as employee recruitment, training, employee file management, and document management.
2. Assist in drafting and translating business emails, documents, and reports.
3. Coordinate, arrange, and organize various meetings and events, including preparing for meetings, setting up meeting rooms, collecting and summarizing documents, and so on.
4. Assist in managing and operating the e-commerce business, including platform operation and maintenance.
5. Collaborate closely with other departments and teams to promote the company’s business development and achieve its goals.
