Responsibilities:

• AR Management;
• Bank reconciliations;
• Management and financial reporting monthly & yearly;
• Ensuring that all data were accurate in B/S and P&L;
• Performed monthly/annual profit and loss analysis;
• Monitored activity in all company’s accounts;
• Managed all ledger accounts;
• Accounts payable management;
• Posting journal in SAP;
• Assisted with the annual audit;
• Can handle payment internet banking, preferable MCM;
• Bank relationship and Any other adhoc.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor degree in Accounting and has good understanding about Accounting and Tax;
• Minimum 1  years working experience;
• Has worked in Software company and familiar with accounting software (SAP) will be advantages;
• Experience handle payment with internet banking;
• Experience liaise with bank representative;
• Brevet A&B / Experience in tax;
• Strong analytical thinking and problem solving, meticulous, pay attention to detail, high initiative, self-motivated;
• Good communication and able to interact and work with personnel from all levels, good team player as well as strong individual contributor and able to work multi-tasks;
• Accurate, detail oriented, tidy and orderly;
• Fast learner, able to work in a team, active.
• Good command of English (oral and written) and computer literacy;
• Can join ASAP.
