Telah rilis lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Production Manager - Cikampek, Indonesia di tempat usaha Perusahaan Dirahasiakan untuk kota/kab Karawang dan sekitarnya.
Kemampuan yang kami inginkan adalah Manufaktur serta orang yang jujur dan bertanggung jawab.
Adapun persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang perusahaan kami inginkan ialah minimum Sarjana (S1), Diploma Pascasarjana & Magister (S2). Yang merupakan ketetapan yang perusahaan kami berikan.
Upah yang perusahaan tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari kemampuan pekerja. Rata-rata upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 18.000.000 - Rp 25.000.000.

Indonesia Production Management Manager
Location: Cikampek
Job Purpose
• He/she role is to oversee Production team to be able effectively deliver the target.
• Main target for Production is to deliver planned volume at most effective cost in the area of (1) Material (waste, overusage), Labor (effective hours usage VS standard hrs), and Other Variable Cost. (2) At Quality as per required by its specification (3) At the given time frame of delivery date (4) in compliance to Safety and Environmental aspects.
• He/she will need to work closely with engineering team to be able to execute seamless production process, comply to all requirement (from R&D, QC / Customer) to address NCA/Rework issue and pro-actively being part of problem solving / continuous improvement initiatives.
Principal Responsibilities
• Drive the team on proper / effective material usage, waste level and over usage are under control.
• Labor management : to make sure good OEE, line running as per standard speed.
• Drive the team on Right the First Time, to reduce rework and customer complaint.
• Drive the team on achievement production plan as per agreed forecast. To review line saturation.
• Control Production team related variable cost.
• Stock take leader for WIP
• Owner of Daily Meeting (meeting 45)
• Manage good coordination, especially with Production Planning, Material Planning, Logistics, Maintenance, Quality, & R&D – and other supporting functions.
• Responsible on HSE & Quality in Production area
• Involve in Continuous Improvement program such as :Kaizen, 6S, A3, etc.
POSITION SPECIFICATION
Education
• Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering.
Experience
• Min 5 years in senior managerial position on Production / Engineering area, of Manufacturing environment
• Good product & process knowledge in cable manufacturing (good talent without experience in the cable industry may need 1-2 years to have good knowledge of all the cable production processes).
• Familiar with make-to-order production, with all the complexities of sequence processes, which are very different from make-to-stock or fabrication/assembly.
• Candidates who will fill the position of Production Manager are required to be on board as soon as possible
• Strong leadership, especially in controlling the production team.
• Experience in the cable industry, especially in production manager or senior process engineer positions.
• With strong leadership, to align their subordinates (Production Engineer, Supervisor, and operator) also with peers in operations (Supply chain, Maintenance, and Quality Control). Other
Essential Attribute
• Strong Leadership & management skill.
• Hands on with shopfloor matter.
• Comfortable with detail.
• Use to deal with labor issue will be a plus.
• Good communication skill.
