Job Description:

This profession is responsible for coordinating the link between the logistics and the ordering teams, by ensuring and coordinating the deliveries at the point of need, acting as an interface between customers, physical logistics, planning and ordering departments within the local logistics site and the AIRBUS Global Logistics Network central team.

– The jobholder will be responsible for coordinating and managing the Warehouse Operations Team deployed in Malaysia to support A400M Service contract
– The jobholder will support the Operations to ensure the On Time, On Quality, On Cost preparation for spares availability & repairs services of A400M.
– The jobholder will act as the main focal point of the Airbus Defence & Space Customer Services Logistics Operations (TASMO) for all the Operations, attending all the internal stakeholders, providing information, channeling complaints and requests to the entity or staff accountable, and supporting special requests of stakeholders when required.
– The jobholder will work in close collaboration with the MSSR, considering this entity as the responsible of relationship with end customers, and supporting the MSSR response to direct customers inquiries (when required).
– The jobholder is responsible for the coordination and supervision of the quality of the service provided by the Logistic Local Team.
– In addition, the jobholder will be responsible for reporting to his/her superior level the weekly/monthly consolidated results of the internal audits performed to control the Logistic Team performance and quality as well as the main KPIs established for the operations
– The jobholder will contribute to support the inbound, outbound and inventory activities of the logistic team of the WH in Subang, by acting as an advanced expert in the processes, providing support when required and being a second level actor for incidences resolution.
– The jobholder will contribute to achieve the maximum quality and efficiency in the work performed by the logistic team, following Airbus procedures and proposing improvement initiatives when necessary.
– Upkeep and live Airbus Values, Leadership Model and Code of Conduct to be the exemplary to others and to promote and increase the awareness of Airbus Values, Leadership Models and Code Of Conduct.
– Carry out any other task as directed by the superior

Education : University Degree – technical expertise or equivalent

Experience: At least 3 years of experience in services support

Skills:

– Knowledge in SAP and MS Office

– Ability to manage conflicts proactively
– Effective decision making
– Negotiation level of English is required. Advanced level of Spanish would be a plus
