About the Role

As a Sales Technician – Frit at Younexa, you will be a key member of the sales and technical support team, assisting customers and promoting products under the supervision of the Key Account Manager (KAM). You will combine technical expertise in ceramics with strong customer relationship skills to help grow Younexa’s position in the marketplace. This full-time role involves domestic travel and active engagement with clients to provide technical solutions and product support.

What You’ll Be Doing

Account Sales

• Connect with customers to gather information on Younexa products, competitor activity, and market trends

• Visit or contact customers to monitor production conditions, product needs, delivery status, and growth opportunities

• Assist in special projects as required

Development

• Promote new products, conduct lab tests, and provide feedback to KAM

• Support semi-industrial and industrial tests of new products alongside KAM

• Analyze product performance and report advantages and limitations to KAM

Service

• Receive and promptly resolve customer complaints

• Collaborate with QA to ensure product standards are met

• Work with KAM on product designs and technical solutions for customers

What We’re Looking For

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field

• 1–3 years experience in the ceramic industry

Skills & Qualifications

• Knowledge of ceramic glazes, tile manufacturing, and market trends

• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team

• Active listener with a deep understanding of customer needs and opportunities

• Work performed in office environments using a portable computer (8–12 lbs)

• Role requires more than 75% domestic travel
