Shopee Operations & Growth Specialist (Hands-on)

About Us

We are a fast-growing cross-border e-commerce company, building leading mother & baby brands in Indonesia. Our TikTok channel has grown rapidly, and our Shopee stores are now scaling even faster. We are looking for a Shopee Operations & Growth Specialist who can take full ownership of Shopee GMV, driving growth through ads, campaigns, and smart store optimization.

What You Will Do

• End-to-End Shopee Operations: Independently manage Shopee store GMV, including daily operations, product uploads, and order management.

• Ads & Campaigns: Run Shopee Ads (GMV Max, ROI targeting), and plan/execute campaigns (9.9, 11.11, 12.12, flash sales, vouchers).

• Store & Product Optimization: Improve main images, product detail pages, reviews, pricing, and store design to increase CTR and conversion.

• Growth Execution: Spot opportunities to redefine product selling points, test new content angles, and improve overall store competitiveness.

• Cross-functional Work: Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and customer service to ensure smooth execution.

• Bonus (Preferred): Explore influencer collaborations and external traffic sources (IG, YouTube, FB, Twitter) to bring incremental GMV.

What We Are Looking For

• Core Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing and growing Shopee stores.

  • Hands-on ability in ads management, campaign execution, and store optimization.

  • Strong data-driven mindset, able to break down GMV into traffic × conversion × AOV, and optimize accordingly.

• Preferred / Strong Plus:

  • Experience in product positioning, creating attractive store layout, or redefining SKU selling points.

  • Familiarity with influencer marketing or external traffic acquisition.

• Language: Bahasa Indonesia (native) + English (working proficiency).
