coordinating with foreign contractors or consultants.

    •   Mandarin is a plus in Chinese-led RKEF projects

Requirements:

1. Minimum of a Bachelor Degree in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety (K3), or related fields. 

2. Minimum of 2 – 10years’ HSE experience, preferably familiar with RKEF technology or smelter construction is highly preferred. 

3. Strong leadership and teamwork abilities

4. Advance in risk assessment

5. Familiarity with construction phases such as earthworks, concrete works, steel structures, foundations, and industrial buildings.

6. Fully fluent in Indonesian if preferred, Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English, Proficiency in Chinese is a bonus ability.

7. Ensure documentation complies with project specifications and client standards.

8. Relevant work experience is preferred

9. Advanced / intermediate English proficiency is mandatory, Mandarin speaker is preferred

11. Hardworking, proactive, meticulous attention to details

12. Good communication and interpersonal skills

Job Description：

1. Regularly conduct audits, inspections, and reviews to ensure that HSE policies, procedures, and standards are carried out on a ferro-nickel construction site.

2. Ensure operations comply with local and international regulations, and with industry-specific safety standards

3. Manage all required documentation related to compliance, inspections, and certifications.

4. Implement wellness programs, ensuring proper medical support is available for workers, including fitness for duty assessments.

5. Supervise and train the HSE team to ensure they are proficient in the execution of safety and environmental management functions. Lead the team to proactively identify and resolve HSE issues and ensure all personnel comply with safety regulations.

6. Conduct risk assessments and ensure the implementation of mitigation measures to prevent accidents and injuries
