About The Role:
1. Fulfill Merhant Success Role for B2B / Institutional Merchants in DOKU

What Will You Do:
1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Identify and target potential customers through research, networking, and lead-generation activities.
Qualify leads to determine their potential as customers.
2. Sales Presentations:
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of the enterprise software.
Tailor presentations to address the specific needs and pain points of potential clients.
3. Client Needs Analysis:
Understand the unique requirements and challenges of potential clients.
Conduct needs assessments to determine how the software can address and solve client issues.
4. Proposal Development:
Create and present proposals that outline the software solution, pricing, and terms.
Work closely with the sales team and other departments to develop comprehensive and competitive proposals.
5. Negotiation:
Engage in negotiations with clients to finalize contract terms, pricing, and other relevant details.
Address objections and concerns raised by clients during the negotiation process.
6. Relationship Building:
Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
Act as a liaison between the client and the company to ensure customer satisfaction.
7. Sales Target Achievement:
Set and achieve sales targets and quotas within specified timeframes.
Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales goals.
