About the role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Finance Executive to join our finance team at TWI Group Company in our Jakarta office. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in providing strategic financial guidance and oversight to support the company’s growth objectives.

What you’ll be doing

• Cross-department and entity collaboration inclusive of attending and speaking in business meetings, presenting in front of colleagues and knowledge sharing. 
• Monthly/Quarterly/Annual reporting preparation and consolidation.
• Project work involving creating, leading or supporting projects. 
• Performing management accounting duties with accuracy and attention to detail. 
• Monthly management accounts including profit and loss statements, balance sheets and cash flow statements. 
• Reviewing key journals entries. 
• Balance Sheet reconciliations 
• Identify areas of improvement and implement robust processes 
• Support with financial internal & external auditors 
• Assist with year end statutory audit and reporting. 
• Assist with forecast and budgeting process. 
• Develop and maintain robust processes and controls in lien with Group requirements ensure consistent documentation of tasks and activities according to internal policies. 
• Ensure local entity tax compliance and filing. 
• Perform other duties as and when requested by the management

What we’re looking for

• 8+ years of experience in a similar finance executive role, preferably within the Accounting & Financial Reporting industry
• Strong technical accounting and financial reporting skills
• Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders
• Proven track record of leading and developing finance teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is preferred
• Priority is given to those who have experience working in a large Public Accounting Firm in Indonesia for at least three years.
