Job Description:

o Memberikan informasi kepada nasabah / calon nasabah mengenai produk dan layanan lainnya yang relevan

o Memberikan bantuan kepada nasabah / calon nasabah untuk melakukan transaksi melalui aplikasi Digital Banking

o Membantu nasabah untuk menyelesaikan masalah terkait dengan produk dan layanan, menindaklanjuti, dan memberikan solusi terbaik sesuai dengan peraturan yang berlaku

o Membangun kepercayaan nasabah / calon nasabah dengan menerapkan komunikasi yang baik

o Melakukan pencatatan dan menjaga dengan baik aktivitas pembukaan akun, penyelesaian masalah, pengarsipan dokumen, dan aktivitas lainnya yang terkait

o Menerapkan komunikasi yang sesuai dengan prosedur, panduan, dan kebijakan yang berlaku

Qualification:

o Minimum pendidikan D3

o Memiliki pengalaman sebagai customer service atau posisi lainnya yang terkait

o Memiliki pengetahuan dalam produk dan layanan perbankan, serta mampu menangani keluhan dengan baik

o Mampu bekerjasama dengan tim

o Bersedia untuk ditempatkan di daerah Jabodetabek dan bekerja dengan waktu shifting
